Day Ticket

You do not need to book tickets in advance

If you’d like to visit today, you can purchase tickets on arrival

If you would rather book online please allow 24 hours to process your tickets – online tickets cannot be redeemed on the day of purchase

Currently Day Tickets can be used on any one day within one calendar month from the day of purchase.
(ie. if purchased on the 12th September, they can be redeemed up to and including the 12th October)

Please have a copy of your PayPal payment confirmation email (this can be a hard copy or on your phone) ready on arrival – this is all you need for entry. 

Online tickets are non-refundable.

Carer Tickets

Carers are admitted free of charge upon showing any of the following documents:

  • Attendance Allowance Letter
  • Carers Allowance Letter
  • Carers Credit Letter
  • Local Authority Carers Card
  • Letter to confirm they are registered as a carer at their GP

You do not need to book a ticket – just arrive on the day with any of the above documents.
