Please allow us one day to process your tickets. Online tickets cannot be redeemed on the day of purchase.

Unlimited entry for 12 months from your first visit after purchase.

We’ll issue your pass on your first visit – you can do this anytime, with no need to book. 

Please have your payment confirmation ready on arrival (processed by Paypal), and we’ll issue you a Membership Card to use going forward for your future visits.

Carer tickets

Carers are admitted free of charge after producing any of the following documents:

  • Attendance Allowance Letter
  • Carers Allowance Letter
  • Carers Credit Letter
  • Local Authority Carers Card
  • Letter to confirm they are registered as a carer at their GP

You do not need to book a ticket – just arrive on the day with any of the above documents.
